CHIS Service Update

March 31, 2022

As of 1st April 2022 HCRG Care Group will no longer be providing Wiltshire CHIS services. This service will be now be provided by Child Health Information Service, NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit.

From this date the new Wiltshire CHIS Main Office telephone number will be 0300 561 1853 and the new team email will be scwcsu.wiltshirechis@nhs.net.

Please note that this does not affect referrals or the SPA – please continue to follow your usual processes for referrals or contacting other services which we continue to operate.
