What we do?

HCRG Care Group provide Wiltshire Children’s Community Health Services across the county. We provide a wide range of children and young people’s services which look after the physical, medical and mental health and wellbeing of children and young people up to the age of 19 years old.

Our Services

Universal Children’s Service

Our Universal Children’s Services consist of our:

• Wiltshire Child and Family Wellbeing Service which offers a range of health promotion, prevention, screening, early intervention, care and support to all children and families in Wiltshire based on their needs to improve health outcomes.
• School Aged Immunisations Service which delivers immunisation programmes to all school aged children and young people in Wiltshire.

Specialist Children’s Services

Our Specialist Children’s Services offer a range of Nursing and Therapy support to meet the needs of children and young people with additional and complex needs.

Where we deliver services

We deliver services in service users’ homes, schools, clinics, health centres and wider community settings including libraries and leisure centres.
